Project Management

We consider the project management as the key to the projects success. Therefore, at WSP we have one project manager for each project. You will have one contact person overseeing the technical and commercial questions arising during the project.

Engineering

The engineering department is one of the core strengths of WSP. Each machine is engineered individually, to fullfill all requirements. Especially if the targets are ambitious, WSP will evaluate all necessary questions arising. If we are not able to solve a question analytically, we use state of the art tools like Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Finite Elemente Methods (FEM) or for controller optimization also MATLAB / SIMULINK.

Construction & Electrical

The construction department at WSP is divided into a development and execution subsidiary, both working with Autodesk Inventor. Therefore, WSP is able to develop and enhance continuously the product spectrum or to fullfill special requirements of our customers.

Most of our machines have complex electrical requirements. Therefore, WSP also has electrical engineers responsible for your project.

Manufacturing

WSP manufactures and assembles all our products at our plant in Aachen, Germany. Here we have two workshops with in total XX m2 and a crane capacity of 10 tons. WSP is additionally specialized in welding of nickel-base alloys. The inner parts of our furnaces are made by these alloys to widthstand the highest temperatures.

Installation

The installation on your site is typically also within our scope of supply. Depending on your requirements, this can be only the supervision of the instalation process, but also the complete installation incl. materials and personell.

Commissioning & Production Assistance

The final performance of complex plants also is defined during this phase. Therefore, WSP will send experienced mechanical and electrical personnel for the commissioning and the start of production. Together with your team and their know-how about the products and operation, the result is optimal.
