Now Hiring: Master Metalworker / Industrial Foreman Metal (m/f/d)

We are strengthening our manufacturing team in Aachen at foreman level.

As a master metalworker or certified industrial foreman (m/f/d) you run our shop floor: you plan the deployment of staff, machinery, and material, lead the skilled workers, and make sure production orders move through the shop on time, on budget, and to specification. You work closely with design engineering, work scheduling, and production management.

What you should bring

• Completed qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d) in metalworking
• Several years of experience with welded structures and sheet metal fabrication
• Experience leading shop floor personnel

Every WSP plant is tailored to our customers’ process requirements. That makes the work on our shop floor varied — from individual components to complete furnace modules that are later commissioned worldwide.
