Chinese Customers Rely on WSP Strip Floatation Furnaces After the economy in China has picked up again, investments are also being made in the non-ferrous metal sector. WSP received three new orders for the supply of strip floatation furnaces for copper and copper-alloy strips. Fuijian ZiJin Copper Co. Ltd. ordered a furnace for strips up to 450 mm. WSP additionally supplies the strip run technology for the furnace as well as the finish brushing machines.

New DAP-Line for Wieland-Werke In 2016, WSP delivered a new strand annealing line for strips of copper and copper alloys for Wieland Metals, Inc.; a producer of semi-finished products based in Wheeling, USA. The plant was handed over and accepted on schedule. The modern annealing line offers the customer new possibilities on the US-market.

New Annealing and Cleaning Line for Copper Strips Was Handed Over On 09/23/2015 a new annealing line for strip thicknesses up to 3 mm was handed over to the customer Wieland-Werke AG perfectly on time. The treatment parts degreasing, annealing, pickling and brushing as well as the mezzanine have been provided by WSP, company Tilgert delivered the terminal equipment and CSE Seekamp delivered the electrical equipment incl. drive technology.
